I just won a Fender DG10 Left-Hand barely used with a new hardcase for $153 insured and delivered, winning bid was $123. I am happy, as well as very surpised. Almost as happy as the Ibanez acoustic amp I won for $10.50.
This is the lowest point of the spectrum though, I have been watching and low bidding on guitars for a second acoustic guitar for 4 months. Patience pays off.
This will be the guitar I bring to work (when I am on shift) and to lessons out in that extreme weather. I like to leave my Dean Performer SE home where it belongs.
But I will play the Fender as much as the Dean, the Dean is smaller and lacks a strong bass. The Fender will give me the other spectrum of sound I sometimes find myself looking for. :D
If it was easy it wouldn't be worth doing.

Well done and enjoy it. I am like you, I regularly look at ebay and have picked up the odd bargain.
I find though, that lefty guitars are rarely a bargain!
Cheers
